These terms govern your use of MB8 Sports AI (the “Service”), operated at mb8sportsai.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

MB8 Sports AI provides statistical match predictions, tactical analysis, and live football streams for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or guarantee any outcome. All picks are the output of machine-learning models applied to publicly available match data; you are solely responsible for any decision to wager based on this information.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is free and requires a valid phone number, a password, and your name. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or violate these terms.

4. MB8 sportsbook links

Your sportsbook account, deposits, payouts, and customer support are governed by the MB8 sportsbook's own terms, which you can review on the sportsbook site.

5. Live streaming

Football live streams are supplied by third-party broadcasters via our partner network. Stream availability, quality, and geographic access can change without notice. The Service does not host the streams itself and accepts no liability for stream interruptions or content delivered over them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape, automate, or otherwise access the Service except through the user interface we provide; (b) re-publish picks, streams, or analysis without permission; (c) use the Service to coordinate match-fixing or any unlawful activity; or (d) attempt to interfere with the Service's availability or security.

7. Intellectual property

All branding, copy, models, and analysis displayed by the Service are the intellectual property of MB8 Sports AI or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view this content for your own use only.

8. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB8 Sports AI is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions, missed picks, downtime, stream issues, or third-party actions (including those of any sportsbook). Sports betting carries financial risk; bet only what you can afford to lose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
